Workforce Growth

The Douglas County working age population grew by 46,264 (26%) between 2013 and 2022. The County is the ideal location for businesses to grow and thrive. Educational Attainment 

Educational attainment in Douglas County is well above the national average. New or expanding businesses will be able to tap into a workforce in which 98.5% of the total population over 25 years of age has at least a high school diploma, and 61.9% has a bachelor's degree or higher.
