Honor veterans at the annual Highlands Ranch Veterans Day Celebration, 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11 at the Douglas County Libraries at Highlands Ranch, 9292 S. Ridgeline Blvd. This annual celebration includes patriotic music from the Highlands Ranch Concert Band and a color guard. The guest speaker will be Colorado veteran and historian Flint Whitlock, who will share the unique stories of several veterans across time periods and military branches. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and visit the Highlands Ranch Veterans Monument, located outside of the library, prior to the event.
