Castle Rock

Nestled just south of Colorado's capital city, Castle Rock is a thriving world-class community. With more than 80,000 residents, Castle Rock values its small-Town character, its traditional Downtown core and its regular community events. Slated to grow to 130,000 to 150,000 residents, the Town will continue to provide high-quality services while preserving the community's history and heritage. At the same time, the Town will remain physically freestanding from the rest of the metro area.

Castle Pines

Castle Pines is a thriving Colorado community just south of Denver in Douglas County. Incorporated in 2008, the City is home to roughly 15,000 residents and is growing every year. We’re business and family-friendly, and have access to amazing Colorado recreation opportunities, excellent schools, and world-class new development opportunities.

Highlands Ranch is a 22,000-acre master-planned community founded in 1981. The community has a population of 103,000 people. Highlands Ranch is located 12 miles south of Denver in Douglas County and offers a wonderful quality of life and opportunities for an active lifestyle.

Larkspur

Larkspur is a hidden gem within Colorado. Nestled in the foothills between Castle Rock and the Tri-Lakes area, Larkspur provides its residents small-town charm and stunning scenery right along the I-25 corridor. Larkspur has a variety of local businesses that are supported through the Larkspur Chamber of Commerce. The Town partners with the Chamber in providing social events and economic opportunities to its residents and visitors.

Parker

Parker, located in Douglas County with easy access to the Denver metropolitan area, is known for its unique Western-Victorian downtown and its hometown feel. It was founded in 1864 and became a municipality in 1981. Parker sits at an elevation of 5,900 feet above sea level. Parker is 22.4 square miles with a population of approximately 67,376.

Roxborough Village

Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Roxborough Village is located in unincorporated Douglas County, just south of Littleton and west of Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Established in 1985, the District has been proudly serving the residents of Roxborough Village through the construction and maintenance of much of the community’s parks and recreation facilities. Currently, Roxborough Village’s 959 acres are home to over 6,000 residents. The District boasts six playgrounds, a tennis court, soccer field, softball field, basketball court and its very own skate park.
