On July 14th, 2026, another important milestone for Douglas County as Titan Development officially broke ground on Compark470, a new Class A industrial development located in Parker that will strengthen the county’s inventory of high-quality industrial space and support future business attraction efforts.
Members of the Douglas County Economic Development Corporation (DCEDC) joined Titan Development, the Town of Parker, project partners, and community leaders to celebrate the groundbreaking of the approximately 133,000-square-foot development. The two-building project is expected to be completed in early 2027 and will provide flexible industrial space designed to accommodate advanced manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, and other light industrial users.
For Douglas County, projects like Compark470 represent more than new buildings, they create the infrastructure needed to compete for high-value employees. Modern industrial product remains one of the most important factors in corporate site selection, and increasing the county’s inventory of move-in-ready facilities helps Douglas County to attract companies looking to expand or relocate.
Located near E-470 and Interstate 25, Compark470 offers businesses direct access to major transportation corridors, Centennial Airport, Denver Tech Center, Denver International Airport, and a highly educated regional workforce.
